Disc diffusers release 0.8–2.0 mm fine bubbles across the tank floor, giving even oxygen distribution for biological treatment and MBBR biofilm. The elastic EPDM membrane opens under air pressure and closes when the blower stops, which helps keep sludge out of the air line. Standard supply is EPDM membrane; silicone and PTFE-coated membranes can be quoted for high-temperature or chemically aggressive wastewater.

How to order the right quantity
Diffuser count depends on tank area, water depth, target oxygen demand and blower capacity — not on tank size alone. Send us: (1) tank length × width × water depth, (2) wastewater type and BOD load, (3) existing blower air flow and pressure if you have one. We will return a diffuser layout, total quantity and a quotation. Replacement orders: tell us your current disc diameter and connection thread, and we will match the size.
