Tube diffusers spread fine bubbles along a line instead of a point, which makes them the natural choice for long, narrow tanks, channels and oxidation ditches, and for covering large floors evenly. The slit-perforated EPDM membrane (1.8–2.0 mm) opens under air pressure and closes on shut-down, helping keep water and sludge out of the air line. Tubes mount singly or in pairs on a 3/4″ NPT connection and can be arranged in retrievable grids so a tube can be lifted out for inspection without draining the tank. Silicone and PTFE membrane options can be quoted for high-temperature or chemically aggressive wastewater.

Disc or tube?
Disc diffusers suit compact tanks and point-by-point layouts; tube diffusers suit long tanks and large floors where an even bubble blanket matters more. Many projects use both. What to send for a quotation
(1) tank length × width × water depth, (2) design air flow or blower capacity, (3) wastewater type. We return the tube model, length, quantity and spacing, plus a quotation. Replacement orders: tell us your current tube diameter, length and connection thread and we will match it.
